During the licensed period only (eg 6/12/24m), we grant you the exclusive right to publish the material supplied by us for you to use on your website, subject to this being limited in its appeal to general location of the region/town/suburb stated on the payment page.

You may also publish the material as you see fit in hard copy, window display, newsletters, flyers etc within the general area of the location you state on the payment page during your licence period (eg 6/12/24m).

You may publish the material on your social media feeds as you see fit for the duration of your licence period (eg 6/12/24m).

All material supplied is ©Copyright Rawlings Products Ltd, 2024, with Copyright being assigned to you by us for the duration of your licensed period only (eg 6/12/24m) and is automatically revoked 30 days thereafter.

We agree not to simultaneously licence any other competing estate agency in your licensed area with the same material during your licensed term, or as extended.

At the end of your licensed term you will have the right of first refusal to extend your term at the then-current rate. Should you not choose to exercise this right within two weeks of the end of the initial term, then this right will lapse.
